Missing dad who passed May 17, 2013..
A little puppy was given to mama, from her neighbor Bernadette.
The neighbor said that the mother dog could not give her little puppy some milk.
So the poor puppy was given away because she might not live anyway.
She was skinny, filthy, infested with parasites, and always hungry. She had deformed feet, and had a bloated tummy.
We thought she would not make it.. but she kicked and barked.. and lived!
She was named Brena
In memory of Bruno
(the lost sharpei-bulldog who sired her "askal" granny dog).
Brena was healed with tender, lovin care.
Growing day by day, fairer and bigger - looking much like Bruno.
Now, Brena is mama's sweety companion who filled her days with cuddling.. and feeding.. and going to the vet and talking.. and walking...
Naughty Brena.. very spoiled..
but mama's proud of her and the puppy's protector.
Brena - that's mama's bebe girl
I call her our youngest
...the annoying doggie-sissy! ;)

Russia Lei, Bruno, shar pei pups Baileys and Brunei
For sometime Bruno, half sharpei, half bulldog stayed with us here in Brent. He is Clarence's pet dog, but we got him here as the kids promised that they would take care of him. Then Louie took him to Manila in the middle of 2007 to mate with his pitbull named Aiko. They produced 5 puppies. While waiting for a home, we got 2 puppies and I named them Baileys and Brunei.
Bruno is now in Dizon and the puppies have new owners.
Bruno, certainly was a good dog. And he has a good friend, Rus.
