Toilet Training

Zannelle is not the right teacher, Zach (or is it Xavy?). That's not the way boys pee. But the twins' model is Zanny. So what Zanny does, Zach and Xavy do, too.

Zanny & Me in Black & White

Ganda me, ganda u. Di ba, Zanny?

Background: Loacan, during the parti

While we were in Loacan:

Jannah and her mom posed for "Who's the fairest of them all?"

My vote goes to...

Of course, Jannah. Charming.

The mama? Pa-charming. Hihihi

Red vs Zanelle

Juice drinking contest. Who is winning? Zanelle, of course. Bottoms up. Red? He was saying: Mom, this pineapple juice tastes nothing.

Auntie Adela's Parti in Loacan

Auntie Adela in black, (right). Still in her "tengaw'. With this parti, she hopes to lessen the days she could do nothing but stay in black and limit herself with a lot of things, such as going to places, fixing herself, etc. As usual, tay inayan. Iyadin di amam-a. I guess what they did with this butchering of pigs and chickens was to read the biles of these poor animals to tell them if it is okay for auntie if she could short cut her tengaw. kas-ano pimanen ngay ti businesswoman? I was not able to research about the rationale of this occassion ngay gayam.

As you see beside auntie, there are 2 tiklis of pork and chicken. Their share. The other tiniklis were taken by the lalakay. The other parts were given to the people. Bingit. For lunch, we ate pancit with a sprinkling of kudil, dinardaraan, bassit nga karne, and the usual rice. The liver, and the other good spare parts? Well, for the lalakay. Auntie butchered enough pigs and chickens to feed the whole neighborhood. However, these were meant for rituals. We did have our bingay. I have to cook it in the pressure cooker for so long and still tough. I just hope the meat were cooked good in Loacan and shared and enjoyed sufficiently by the people. Anya? Di ba?

This we have to think about in the case of dad and ma. The old people here are demanding in following the culture and quite difficult to counter unless our own folks would tell us specifically what to do later.
